Investor's requirements:

To design “an America style house”. Wooden construction, maximal use of available surface.  Five bathrooms, spacious entry hall, garage for two vehicles, living room directed to a garden, large bedroom with two wardrobes and two children bedrooms.  Tiled pent roof.

Solutions used:

A large house meeting American functional and esthetic standards. The house fills the development are as far it is possible (a break line in the picture).  The facade is combined of brick and sandstone facings that are put on wooden construction of the building.  The pent roof is covered with stone tiles.

Inside, there is a spacious two-storey hall which separates day part from night part.  The day part is located in the ground floor and includes: living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a library, a bathroom, garage for 2 cars.  The night part is located upstairs and includes spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a toilet.

In whole, the building gives impression of an distinguished, old-style manor, according to the old English saying - "My home is my castle".
