Investor's requirements:

To design the interior of the wholesale warehouse divided into sale and storeroom parts.  Traditional way of sale – staff at the counter, 3-4 staff members. It is a wholesale warehouse so the space for shelves has to be used in the most optimal way.  What is more, there must be a stand for a fast customer service for retail clients. Sale counters must be also used as an exhibition place for products.

Solutions used:

Design of a facility, kept in a style referring to its industrial character, what was also conditioned by the large amount of selling goods that was supposed to be placed there.  In order to vary that simple hall space and to visually enlarge selling part, there are no door between two parts but there is a smooth passage between them.  The overall impression is strengthen by use of output lines from the interior (e.g. lines of shelves) and putting glass in the upper part of boundary between two parts.  We also used three-dimensional ceiling, which enriches simple hall style.

All these solutions did not reduce usable area of storeroom and exhibiting parts.

There are simple technical lamps, lowered in the central part in order to warm the interior.  What is interesting in this design is the use of a venetian mirror between the storeroom and shop parts what enables observing clients when being in the storeroom.

The counter, which is the central point of the facility, is an interesting, not expensive and effective solution and its shape is adapted to the investor’s needs.  There are simple technical lamps, lowered in the central part in order to warm the interior.  What is interesting in this design is the use of a venetian mirror between the storeroom and shop parts what enables observing clients when being in the storeroom.
